Observatory with high ceiling. You can enjoy 360 degrees view walking the observatory. They admit tripod that is not professional use. Large windows makes it easy to use tripod shooting. There is a sky deck on top of the rood. You can shoot Tokyo view from this deck. It might be easier to shoot from indoor because of the strong wind and limitation in shooting place.
