Observation deck on the 40th floor. Admission charged. 360-degree deck offers views of Tokyo Tower, the Shiodome towers, the Bay area, and more. An excellent spot for photographing the Tokaido bullet train and other railways. However, tripods are forbidden and suction cup mounts will not work on the wall surfaces. It is a real shame that there is no place to mount cameras.
